Erika Stubbs, LMT
Founder | Owner
Specializes in: Facial Massage | Buccal | Abdominal Therapy
Erika Stubbs is a licensed massage therapist with over 15 years of experience, supported by a background in nursing that informs her thoughtful, client-centered approach to care. At the heart of her work is the belief that healing begins with safety, autonomy, and trust.
Each session is intentionally guided by the client. Erika creates a space where you are fully in control while your comfort, your boundaries, and your experience lead the way. Her role is to listen, both to you and to the body, allowing her intuition to support what is needed in the moment.
Her work has been described as thorough, nurturing, and deeply intuitive, often feeling like a slow, fluid rhythm that gently invites the nervous system to soften. Rather than working toward a fixed outcome, Erika approaches each session with presence and adaptability, meeting you exactly where you are.
She has a particular focus on facial and jaw work, including tension patterns related to TMJ, as well as abdominal therapy and techniques that support nervous system regulation. Her pace is slow and steady, allowing the body time to unwind, release, and recalibrate.
She also feels strongly about supporting adolescents, helping them reconnect with their bodies in a time where external pressures can feel overwhelming while living in a tech-driven society.

Paige Sermini, LMT
Special interests: head-neck-face massage, working with women with endometriosis, lymphatic facilitation massage
As a lifelong lover of yoga, Paige strives for balance. In yoga that looks like a balance of effort and ease, expansion and contraction. As a massage therapist, Paige strikes a balance of truly working the muscle tissue while also creating safe space for deep relaxation. Paige’s style combines flowy relaxation massage with myofascial release and trigger point therapy techniques. As someone who lives with chronic migraine and endometriosis, Paige understands that pain ebbs and flows, and that pain doesn’t need to be visible to be deserving of care. Whether on the yoga mat or massage table, Paige meets her clients exactly where they are.
Outside of the spa, Paige loves tending to her flower garden, gluten-free baking and spending time outside in the Berkshires' natural beauty with her husband and two rambunctious springer spaniels.
